JERSEY CITY, NJ. November 6, 2024 (Biz Republic) — The New Jersey Coalition of Latino Pastors and Ministers is proud to announce that on Friday, November 15, 2024, Reverend Bolivar Flores, will be inducted into the Key to Life Fellowship of Senior Pastors and Churches. Reverend Flores has demonstrated an undying commitment to public service and social justice in his role as Vice President for the New Jersey Coalition of Latino Pastors and Ministers and will accept this honor with deep pride and gratitude.
The induction ceremony, hosted by A Better Life Ministry, will highlight Reverend Flores’ lifetime commitment to ministry and advocacy – celebrating his work in New Jersey’s immigrant faith communities. A Better Life Ministry seeks to “preach the Gospel, death, burial and resurrection, to all humanity regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, age or gender for all mankind.”
The organization’s founder, Bishop Jevah L. Richardson, wrote that “Pastor Flores is a beacon of light, hope and relief to the community. His wealth of knowledge, insight, and vision toward outreach is exhilarating … The Key To Life Fellowship has begun our International Alliance expansion efforts into the Dominican Republic. Pastor Flores will be an integral part of this ambassadorship”
Over the course of his career, Reverend Flores has proven himself to be a firm advocate for New Jersey’s communities in need, serving tirelessly to provide them with access to critical services, counseling, and political representation at the local and national levels. Alongside his ministry, his accomplishments include serving as Chief of Staff for the New Jersey Reentry Corporation, Vice President of the New Jersey Coalition of Pastors and Ministers, New Jersey’s representative on Latino Victory’s National Committee, a member of the Wealth Disparity Taskforce Criminal Justice, and the New Jersey Religion Leaders.
Additionally, he is on the board for several universities, hospitals, and New Jersey Latino Law Enforcement. He chairs La Magia de Las Bellas Artes, a cultural social welfare organization. Besides serving on several boards Reverend Flores also has his own radio show, Open Conversation for Reverend Flores, which airs every Friday at 6pm at 97.5fm, where he speaks about social justice, community engagement, and education. He is also an author, publishing two books, “Hispanic Religious Leaders and Civic Engagement” and “Nonprofit Organizations: Structure and Finance”.
