NEW YORK. July 11, 2023 (Biz Republic) — The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) announced that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will address the NALEO 40th Annual Conference — the nation’s largest gathering of Latino policymakers. Taking place in New York City for the first time, the NALEO Annual Conference will be celebrating its 40th anniversary in New York City at the New York Marriott Marquis July 11–13, 2023. Mr. Kennedy will address Latino leaders from across the nation during the Conference’s Presidential Candidate Forum (1:00 – 2:00 p.m. ET) on Thursday, July 13.
“The road to the White House runs through the Latino Community in 2024,” said NALEO Educational Fund CEO Arturo Vargas. “We are pleased to have Robert Kennedy, Jr. join the nation’s largest gathering of Latino policymakers and look forward to having him address the most pressing issues affecting our community and nation today. As we have seen in election after election, no candidate or party has a monopoly on Latino voters, and anyone vying for the White House will need to do the work to win support in our incredibly diverse community.”
Every year, the NALEO Annual Conference brings together hundreds of Latino leaders and their supporters from across the country to facilitate the meaningful exchange of ideas and foster solutions around the day’s most pressing policy issues. Just as we were pleased to host presidential candidates from both parties in years past, we are thrilled to do the same this year. Additionally, invitations have been extended to the leading Republican and Democratic presidential candidates, to address the attendees of this year’s NALEO Annual Conference.
