NEW YORK. July 8, 2023 (Biz Republic) — The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) announced that Ms. Marianne Williamson will address the NALEO 40th Annual Conference — the nation’s largest gathering of Latino policymakers. Taking place in New York City for the first time, the NALEO Annual Conference will be celebrating its 40th anniversary at the New York Marriott Marquis July 11–13, 2023. Ms. Williamson will provide remarks to Latino leaders from across the nation during the Conference’s Presidential Candidate Forum (1:00 – 2:00 p.m. ET) on Thursday, July 13.
“Latinos will once again be a decisive player in Election 2024,” said NALEO Educational Fund CEO Arturo Vargas. “Any candidate looking for the support of the Latino community will need to listen to the community’s diverse needs and perspectives. We are pleased to have Marianne Williamson join the nation’s largest gathering of Latino policymakers and look forward to having her share her perspectives on the pressing issues affecting the Latino community and nation today.”
Every year, the NALEO Annual Conference brings together more than 1,000 Latino leaders and their supporters from across the country to facilitate the meaningful exchange of ideas and foster solutions around the day’s most pressing policy issues. Just as we were pleased to host presidential candidates from both parties in years past, we are thrilled to do the same this year.
Additionally, invitations have been extended to the other leading Republican and Democratic presidential candidates to address the attendees of this year’s NALEO Annual Conference.
