“On July 15th, Hudson County is bringing a one-day workshop to assist our non-profit organizations in their mission to support communities. This workshop is crafted to support non-profits in building long-standing and sustainable relationships with donors – a key component of fundraising”, said Hudson County Executive Craig Guy.

“This workshop is an informative session designed to help non-profit organizations navigate fundraising successfully through practical strategies that make an impact,” said Director of Cultural & Heritage Affairs | Tourism Development, Gina Hulings. “Non-profit organizations provide critical resources, foster community engagement, and fill in the gaps of service throughout Hudson County, and we’re thrilled to work with Support Center to offer this training to our non-profit community.”

“I’ve learned a few key lessons to Fundraising Well over the course of my 26 years in the nonprofit sector and securing more than a half-billion in funding for great causes. I’m excited to share these lessons, insightful trends and data, and coach some of NJ’s nonprofit champions to make big asks easy…and successful!” said Kerry Watterson, Support Center Facilitator.

Workshop highlights include understanding the core principles behind sustainable fundraising and its importance for non-profit success, learning to cultivate authentic, long-term connections with donors, and crafting clear, powerful fundraising pitches that inspire action.

Support Center is a non-profit support organization that works alongside mission-driven groups to provide hands-on training, coaching, and consulting services tailored to the needs of non-profits across the tri-state area.
