LONG ISLAND, New York / HUDSON COUNTY, New Jersey (May 21, 2026) — The Peruvian American Chamber of Commerce of Long Island (PACCLI) and the Hudson County Latin American Chamber of Commerce (HCLACC) are proud to announce a strategic collaboration agreement aimed at strengthening regional business connections, expanding opportunities for entrepreneurs, and fostering economic growth throughout New York and New Jersey.
This partnership marks an important milestone in building stronger bridges between Latino and multicultural business communities by promoting collaboration, innovation, education, and strategic networking initiatives that support entrepreneurs, professionals, and small businesses across both regions.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), PACCLI and HCLACC will collaborate on initiatives that include:
● Joint business networking events and leadership forums
● Educational seminars, workshops, and entrepreneurial programs
● Cross-promotion of approved chamber initiatives and community events
● Minority and multicultural business development initiatives
● International trade, economic development, and community outreach programs
● Strategic partnerships and collaborative business opportunities
● Professional mentorship and business empowerment initiatives
Both organizations also plan to create special membership collaboration opportunities and shared promotional initiatives designed to provide greater value, visibility, and access to resources for their members.
“This collaboration represents a shared vision of unity, economic empowerment, and long-term growth for our business communities,” said Dr. Elsa-Sofía Morote. “By working together, we can expand opportunities for entrepreneurs, strengthen regional partnerships, and continue creating meaningful impact for the communities we serve.”
Heidi Castrillon highlighted the importance of building strong alliances among business organizations across the region.
“This partnership reflects the importance of collaboration, regional connectivity, and collective growth. At HCLACC, we strongly believe that when organizations come together with purpose, vision, and commitment, we create stronger opportunities for entrepreneurs, elevate our communities, and help drive sustainable economic development throughout the region,” said Castrillon.
Founded in 2006, PACCLI continues its mission of promoting business growth, commerce, education, networking, and cultural exchange between Peru, the United States, and the broader Hispanic business community.
The Hudson County Latin American Chamber of Commerce has become a strong advocate for Latino-owned businesses and multicultural economic empowerment throughout the New York metropolitan area and New Jersey. Located directly across the Hudson River from New York City, Hudson County is recognized as one of New Jersey’s most dynamic and diverse economic corridors — a major multicultural gateway, international business and tourism hub, and home to 12 strategically connected municipalities that contribute significantly to the region’s commercial, culinary, and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Through advocacy, education, networking, strategic partnerships, and community-driven initiatives, HCLACC continues to support entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses seeking growth and visibility within one of the most influential markets in the United States.
Both organizations look forward to launching future collaborative programs and initiatives that will further strengthen regional business relationships and create lasting opportunities for their members and communities.
