Yanela Frias, Senior Vice President and Head of Investment & Pension Solutions at Prudential, leads the $230 billion Investment & Pension Solutions business, where she is responsible for the Pension Risk Transfer, Longevity Reinsurance, Structured Settlements and Stable Value businesses within Prudential Retirement, and related institutional product innovation efforts domestically and internationally. Yanela received a B.S. in accounting and an M.B.A. in finance from Rutgers University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Yanela lives in Westwood, NJ with her husband and two daughters.

What can women do to avoid burn-out and incorporate more self-care?
How do we create a workplace that is supportive to women who are managing these competing priorities?
What can Latina leaders in positions of power do to change how the next generation of Latina leaders experiences these demands?
Learn what our panelists have done to disrupt traditional models and how they lead more inclusively as a result. This interactive session will also feature participatory activities between the panelists and attendees.
